Sometimes life's gifts initially seem like a giant pile of horsesh*t!
That's certainly been the case for me over the past four years, but I'm determined to turn these situations into seeds of great new adventure, and fertilizer to make a bigger impact in the world.
Through this time of struggle, my life mission has become clear ~ (1) reduce suffering for those with injuries like mine & wounded warriors; (2)spread joy; (3) build community.
Beginning September 2025, I am spending one year “In Walden Van”, my version of stepping away, deeply resetting, and focusing on what matters.
Trusting in the wisdom of the Stoics, I am learning to let go of things I cannot control, find joy in the little things everyday and cherish the amazing relationships in my life.
Two roads diverged in a Silicon Valley; I am choosing the one focused on improving the lives of others; and that will make all the difference.
